“Dr Vishad provides a professional service. His follow up and monitoring is also very good. He has a calm, friendly and reassuring manner and I have a lot of trust and confidence in him.”
“Very nice staff and services they offer vaccines also must visit instead of waiting in hospitals you can book and go here”
“It has been a devine blessing to be able to go to the hospital. My wife was in absolutely great pain when I took her to the hospital at around 8pm. It was from the moment I arrived at the hospital, it has been a perfect service with respect, kindness and utmost concern for an individual who was in a great distress. I just want to thank every individual around the hospital I. E. THE DOCTORS, nurses, janitors, and or even the ward assistants. They were all very very good and their response towards my wife was excellent. My wife Alpana Goundar had a gallbladder operation and the enter team that were responsible has done a supurb job. I don't know all of them by name but they were all just simply best. The nurses I remember were Deepa and Sally not forgetting others THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.”
“Always happy to take my donations and kind staff. Love things I have brought for here, such good value and worth a visit!”
“Hi my name's Jackson Te Pairi, I've been a patient in Medical ward since Saturday Night the 5th of July through to when left These two ward nurses who looked after me on those nights were fantastic, they were so professional, knowledgeable, very efficient and did everything with love and grace. So to Nisha and Leya, thank you so much for your patience, friendliness and the very high level of care you both give is, in my view you went above and beyond. I wanted to take this personal time to say thank you very very much, you are very much appreciated by me and my family. Thank you.”
“I’m really impressed with the service here currently. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, the wait was minimal and the care and efficiency of all health professionals was excellent. Special mention to the Receptionist and the Radiographer who were absolutely fantastic at their jobs. Keep up the great work team!!”
“The reception staff are always friendly and welcoming. We consistently see Dr. Davind Raj—he’s incredibly professional and genuinely listens. Compared to other doctors at the clinic who seem a bit worn out, Dr. Raj stands out with his energy and care. So glad he’s there!”
“Good day. Again I would love to give feedback on my experience at Tauranga Emergency Department on Monday, 3rd March 2025. I hurt my right knee with fall a while ago and doing exercises I must have aggravated the knee. The pain became so unbearable that my husband decided to take me to ED. From the lovely, calm young ladies at the reception, to all those who played their roll checking my knee with an x-ray to the lovely Jackie physiotherapist, to the staff in the corridors - so, so friendly. It's just so amazing. Please can you pass on my feedback to ED for me. I bless them all again with success and happiness. Kind regards Gilda Jenkin”
“I can not speak highly enough of the gynecology surgical team and the staff on ward C3. Everyone we encounter after an emergency admission and surgery was kind, caring, professional and attentive. I am blown away by the compassion and beautiful medical practice I witnessed. You are a credit to Tauranga hospital.”
“What a great practice! Such lovely staff and also so helpful. Just moved to papamoa and I'm so impressed. I love that there is an acute service at The Doctors Bayfair aswell for urgent needs.”
“Do they require payment upfront and this feels weird? Yes. Are they expensive? Yes. Is there a wait time? Yes. ...but that's private health in New Zealand for you. Anteris isn't the only one and these aspects are a symptom of a bigger, deeper problem. That said, my experience with Anteris has been EXCELLENT. The admin team would promptly reply to my emails, they were friendly and helpful, and sent all the info I needed before my appointment. The psychiatrist I had my tele-consults with is spectacular. He was direct, knowledgeable, open, friendly and very easy to talk to. We managed to pinpoint what the issues were and come up with a treatment option that has been life-changing for me over the past couple of months. The what's, why's and how's were clearly defined, as well as the treatment process moving forward. All very professional and reassuring. It was money well spent and I recommend this clinic.”
“I have always had lovely GP. Dr Dale is very nice but Stev Taylor not so much. Mo bedside manner. I find the nurses patient and kind.”
“After previous not so good experiences I think this led myself to assume this doctors office would be the same as others. I was very wrong, the receptionists take a lot of flack from us grumpy sick sore people. including myself- they do there best and what they can for us. They go above and beyond, if I ever need anything urgently, they do whatever they can to help, every time without fail. Peter Tompkins, Bridget holzinger, Dr saha are excellent doctors, always listen to what Im saying and always try find em a solution, as difficult as I can be, my response is from previous trauma but they are very understanding & very patient. Thankyou again.”
