Had to wait 30mins over appointment time⦠Nurse was not confident in preforming the treatment. And no follow up resolution after I was told the doc would be in touch. Disappointing!
Horrible experience today the receptionist was so nasty towards me and she was quiet shocked when after multiple comments that she had made I had said to her you do not need to be so rude the way I was spoken to today is disgusting and honestly working in health care youβd think theyβd have some sort of compassion for someone with a disability
Doesn't pay to call too close to 5.00pm (4.56pm)...after waiting for all the recorded messages, finally get through to be hung up on twice! Was only wanting to cancel an appt and it was before 5.00pm.
Should have read the reviews before going here. If you require actual treatment for something, this is not the place to go. All they know how to do here is prescribe pills as if they are magic cure and tell you "you must pick your poison", an actual quote which was repeated at me multiple times during my appointment by "Dr" Janette Florendo. Multiple times my legitimate concerns and symptoms have been brushed to the side because I require actual treatment and examination, and all they seem to be capable of in their 20 minute appointment window is looking up on google which pill they can prescribe. Janette Florendo must be made to have her vision tested, as she was apparently unable to see a clearly visible sympton of an infection that she was shown on two separate visits and I am now waiting for a third visit and second opinion for treatment, because of this incompetent fool.
My name is Ganga Poudel Subedi, and today I visited The Doctors Papamoa for my 15-month-old daughter's vaccinations. After she received three injections, she began crying, and I was comforting her. At this time, Registered Nurse Jane Corner from Room 1 interacted with my baby in a manner that I found to be unprofessional and distressing. She appeared to be scaring my daughter, which I find completely unacceptable. I am very disappointed with the behavior.Also, About 4-5 months ago, I visited The Doctors Papamoa with my daughter and was 5 minutes late. I was being sorry because my baby were nap so 5 min late Dr. Naser Freszer scolded me for being late and told me that I should know how to carry my baby. I found his comments to be rude and unacceptable. I am very unhappy with the way I was treated. Please the pharmacy or hospital any place Is a relief and we have hope everything should fine but it looks like scared place. Please keep some nice kind and well-trained doctor and nurse how to treat the patient.
Worst Doctor practice around. I have been ringing for the past 2 days and they still won't answer the phone. In the past when I have got appointments I always have a new doctor never the same one. They rush you and just want you in and out and half the time they have to Google what's wrong with you and how to fix it. Would not recommend. I'm changing doctors ASAP.
Worst doctors Iβve ever experienced. Argumentative ride staff and incompetent doctor. Iβve never felt so appalled. Especially when itβs regarding breast tumours.
What a great practice! Such lovely staff and also so helpful. Just moved to papamoa and I'm so impressed. I love that there is an acute service at The Doctors Bayfair aswell for urgent needs.
Absolute JOKE of a practice. Both the Bayfair and Papamoa branch are by far the worst GP practice I have ever dealt with. - They never pick up their phones on any of the lines, I have been waiting on their lines for the last 20 minutes, with just the answer machine going on repeat - They mess up my prescriptions every single time, forgetting to sign the papers, sending to the wrong pharmacy and FORGETTING to fulfil the prescription for weeks, while having the audacity to charge $26 for it every time. - The rude doctors, like Dr Firas and Gwenda have made me literally cry before during the appointments, by blaming me for not knowing their rules and taking up their time. I have had genuine health concerns that literally get brushed off and dismissed - The good doctors like Dr Mirjam and Lorraine leave, which isn't surprising that nobody wants to work there. They were so good, competent and compassionate, but they are gone now - I can keep listing things, but honestly this practice has caused me more stress than any of the health concerns that I needed it for. I am terrified of booking another appointment there Do not enrol here if you are a new patient, save yourself the trouble. Poor customer service. Receptionist very unprofessional. Slow in responding to requests. Rude nurse threw phone down in my ear when I queried her decision. My wife was seen in their walk-in clinic. Never seen a doctor and no examination performed. Suspected fracture just left with the nurse deciding itβs just a sprain ( sheβs not qualified to make that decision ). Has to ask and insist on a X-ray form. No splint or pain relieve offered. No follow up arranged. As a retired medical doctor and previous owner of several GP I'm really disgusted in these practices deteriorating service levels. So I left and transferred to a practise with the level of service I expect.
