“Absolutely lovely set up inside, beautiful designed entrance and seating area. The professionalism & friendlyness of all staff I dealt with put me right at ease for the first time I had what I had done. Everything is so clean, I even loved the robes they provide, instead of stark hard hospital gowns, they have nice soft, beautiful ones which add's to putting one at ease. The way the radiographer explained everything to me, incredibly professional. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend as your choice of where to go for all your scans.”

“Cannot fault this practice. In spite of exceptionally difficult and frustrating times for all GP's in a fast-expanding Papamoa with an acute GP shortage, we have always been looked after by friendly, helpful reception and nursing staff who do their very best to get us sorted. Dr Natasha Roberton (and before her Dr Liam Tranter) somehow still makes time to listen kindly to her patients and focus on what is important/necessary for them, leading to positive outcomes. A big thank you. Highly recommended!”

“Good day. Again I would love to give feedback on my experience at Tauranga Emergency Department on Monday, 3rd March 2025. I hurt my right knee with fall a while ago and doing exercises I must have aggravated the knee. The pain became so unbearable that my husband decided to take me to ED. From the lovely, calm young ladies at the reception, to all those who played their roll checking my knee with an x-ray to the lovely Jackie physiotherapist, to the staff in the corridors - so, so friendly. I have been seeing Dr Adrian Claydon for quite a few months now and he is exceptional. He is very intelligent and professional at his job and you can tell he knows what he's talking about. He is also very motivated to finding a solution, looks at every possible angle and is very thorough. If you are in need of a Dr who specializes in gastroenterology, he is your man.”

“Do they require payment upfront and this feels weird? Yes. Are they expensive? Yes. Is there a wait time? Yes. ...but that's private health in New Zealand for you. Anteris isn't the only one and these aspects are a symptom of a bigger, deeper problem. That said, my experience with Anteris has been EXCELLENT. The admin team would promptly reply to my emails, they were friendly and helpful, and sent all the info I needed before my appointment. The psychiatrist I had my tele-consults with is spectacular. He was direct, knowledgeable, open, friendly and very easy to talk to. We managed to pinpoint what the issues were and come up with a treatment option that has been life-changing for me over the past couple of months. The what's, why's and how's were clearly defined, as well as the treatment process moving forward. All very professional and reassuring. It was money well spent and I recommend this clinic.”

“After previous not so good experiences I think this led myself to assume this doctors office would be the same as others. I was very wrong, the receptionists take a lot of flack from us grumpy sick sore people. including myself- they do there best and what they can for us. They go above and beyond, if I ever need anything urgently, they do whatever they can to help, every time without fail. Peter Tompkins, Bridget holzinger, Dr saha are excellent doctors, always listen to what Im saying and always try find em a solution, as difficult as I can be, my response is from previous trauma but they are very understanding & very patient. Thankyou again.”
