   ReDefined is the perfect space that offers multiple options for your self care and growth. The instructors/trainers are approachable, give clear guidance, are supportive and know when to push you to your capabilities or a little above it. ReDefined's app is simple to navigate and booking sessions are easy. The staff are kind, caring and easy to talk to. I enjoy the Stronger sessions - so thank you team in aiding me to become more confident with myself and getting stronger.

   From the moment I walked into Redefined Wellness Hub, I felt like I’d found my tribe. The space has a true retreat vibe — calming, energizing and intentional — and that atmosphere has made it so easy for me to become consistent with my yoga practice. I leave every class lighter, clearer and more connected, and I honestly believe the place is contagious: I’ve noticed 100% of members are smiling after workouts or classes. People genuinely look happier here. There is so much to explore — special events and educational workshops, physiotherapy, personal trainers, a psychologist, a dedicated mind & body studio, yoga and mat Pilates, fascia work, reformer classes, a performance studio and the Results Room, plus an infrared sauna, ice bath, a wide variety of massage therapies, somatic breathwork and meditation. Each offering supports the others, creating a holistic pathway to recovery, strength and balance. My very first visit unlocked something that had been dormant inside me for years. The community, the expert guidance and the restorative spaces helped me reconnect with my body and my mind. I’ve learned how to listen, how to understand my limits and my potential, and I’m evolving back toward physical and mental freedom — toward a fuller, more joyful life. Redefined Wellness Hub truly lives up to its name.

   One of the best places I’ve ever trained. Papamoa is truly blessed to have something of this quality. The Reformer classes have made me more mobile while still giving me that incredible burn, and the strength and conditioning programme is world class. I love being able to balance it all out with yoga, saunas and ice baths. The team are so welcoming and knowledgeable, I’ve never felt better.
