   I just wish I could get an appointment!? It’s such a shame that when you are sick you have to wait 2-3 weeks to see someone. By then you’re either dead or had a few weeks of misery , while getting worse. I don’t like walk in clinics, having to tell new doctors your history and then they go and change everything and say your doctors got things wrong! Let alone the cost of them! I love the team here they have always been awesome to me and my family and I know they are under a lot of pressure but just the lack of being able to see a doctor when ya need one is concerning. Seems an issue across many practices.

   I have been with this practice for nearly 8 years. I understand how much pressure the front desk staff are under in such a busy practice with phone calls waiting whilst they serve you etc and yet I have generally found them to be helpful, understanding and kind.

   PBFP IS NOT EVEN WORTH 1 STAR, is there a -5 I can choose? Terrible service from the front desk staff, they are so rude, not to mention the terrible management either (not sure why they all work in front facing positions when none of them have any decent respect for humans) Nurses and doctors are lovely to deal with. Tried to book my child in for an appointment though couple of weeks ago, rung up first thing and then I get to my appointment day and they completely forgot to book her in? How did that happen? Nooo idea but 100% Terrible service, also was declined an appointment for my 5 week old son, had to wait upto 2-3 weeks for an appointment (absolute joke) would not reccomend this practice to anyone. All I can say is thank god there are walk in services else where.

   I’ve been let down multiple times . I can never get an appointment unless it’s 3-4weeks down the road which is so disappointing when you either have a chronic illness or something has come up and it’s not worth waiting 7-9 hours at the ED center for , i feel because of my age I am not taken seriously as a patient.

   I been enroled with you for over 10 years now. Never had a bad experience with the doctors but I realised how many bad experiences I had with the front desk over the years. First I thought it was discrimination but then I have seen the same rude behavior with other patients. As much as I extremely appreciate the job you do and understand the pressure you may be under at times, nothing justify mistreatment. And in a place where people come to you vulnerable. I am sure your team can do better and be better for the community.

   Couldn't have had a better experience today for my baby's 6 week appointment and immunisations. Quick, friendly, understanding and patient. Dr. Brown is so kind and a fantastic doctor. I'm so happy I have moved us to this practice!

   Kind nurses but they over charged me all the time. I have been trying to remove a wart for months and they kept telling me to come back every 3 weeks for liquid nitrogen. Charging me for a consultation fee every time time as well. It was costing about $30 each time for something so little. I changed doctors and they’re only charging me $10 for the liquid nitrogen and told me to come back every week, any longer and the wart will just grow faster.

   Dr Will Brown is the best Doctor Ive ever had and Ive had a few over the yrs due to moving around. He is helpful and follows up everytime, he is just generally a great all around Doctor. Feels like your talking to a friend. Ill never change doctors again.

   Just joined this practice as a client and couldn't fault my first visit. Reception was polite enough, saw a happy bubbly nurse who completed a few standard tests prior to meeting with the Dr. Dr Van der Berg was really good and asked some good questions to do with my general overall health. Appreciate her attentiveness. Probably one of the best visits to the doc THB.
