   Whilst this gym has all the facilities there appears to be a problem inparticular Aqua classes.. I understand that there is all ways a long waiting list of those who would like to participate in Aqua. It would appear that the same people are booking in and utilizing this class constantly.all the time . Management should be monitoring this situation of those who do constant bookings im withdrawing their booking, so that others can at least enjoy the Aqua class even if it is only for one session a week.

   I've been a member, on and off, for over 15 years. It has gotten better and better over the years. It has 3 fully equipped gym areas, pool, sauna, multiple classes, massage therapists, nutritionist, physio, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

   The gym itself has great facilities, but I was really disappointed with how my partner was treated. He’s a paying member and invests a significant amount in his membership, yet the customer service he received didn’t reflect that. On one occasion, a staff member greeted him and he mentioned he was looking forward to using the spa to relax. Her response, however, was quite rude—she said, “To relax? You’re always using the spa/sauna. You should use the classes,” and said it in a very condescending tone. It’s important to recognize that everyone has their own reasons for how they use the gym, and you never know what someone might be going through. That kind of comment showed a real lack of awareness and professionalism.

   Really tidy, well-kept gym with heaps of gear spread across a few different rooms – cardio lovers are especially spoiled for choice. Any time something breaks, it's usually fixed pretty quick, which is awesome. The staff are always friendly and up for a chat if you need a hand. The pool, spa, and sauna are a solid bonus – feels like a mini holiday after a workout. Only thing I'd change? Wish the opening hours lined up a bit better with my schedule – I'd happily pay extra for 24/7 swipe access. Otherwise, Ocean Blue gets a big thumbs up from me!

   New to the area and looking for a closer gym to work out at. Ruby on reception this morning, should not be front-facing customers. You would think you were walking through McDonald's during rush-hour after bars are all closing, not a health club promoting health and fitness. A-hole alert...do not recommend...they've addressed the lack of customer service, by deleting their facebook page. Absolutely do not recommend.

   Nice gym, quite big with a nice pool and sauna. I love the option to book on-demand sessions when there are no classes. Pool facilities could use an upgrade, or at least a good clean. Sauna can be absolutely packed even though you're supposed to book it.

   Like my second home….. love this gym so much! supper friendly staff and great equipment, love the classes and layout of the gym makes me very comfortable. The only thing i wish it would be open for longer in the evening, especially on the weekends!!
