“Good morning Katie and Team, I had the BEST experience at Papamoa Refinery Studios! I was in town visiting family and needed a hair colour touch-up, so I searched online and came across their glowing reviews. Booking an appointment was so easy, and I received an immediate confirmation. From the moment I walked through the door, I was welcomed as a friend. The lovely staff offered me a cup of tea and a cookie, which was such a thoughtful touch. My stylist, Katie, was absolutely amazing! She carefully matched my hair colour to the chart and made me feel like a total VIP. I even got to relax under a warm woollen blanket whilst my colour set — such a cosy detail.
