   Have been using Meal Prep for 11+ months, for both myself & my wife. Their service is great, the meals are excellent and absolutely perfect as an aid for weight & exercise plan. I contribute a drop in 15+ kg to use of their Large meals as a dinner option, where you can be confident in calorie intake & nutrition plus actual tastiness. In 11 months I've only had one minor hiccup with delivery and the support team got onto the courier and had delivery sorted.

   I moved to New Zealand for a year and used meal prep the whole time even while moving around. The meals are fresh and so tasty. I will absolutely miss this company when going back home. And I must add their customer service is great, if something you want isn’t available they will call you directly and ask your preference on substitutions. Highly recommend ordering from them.

   I discovered these and I got my first order and I am so impressed. The meals were packaged beautifully and the exact portion and calories I love the fact it’s well labeled with everything in it . I tried the pizza pasta and it was absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to have the others . Can I make one suggestion do you change the menu often for variety and that sort of thing . I highly recommend.
