He was professional, kind and did such a wonderful job not only filleting and skinning the fish, but making sure I got a fish that was the correct size for my needs. Appreciate that this is a busy period but having to wait in excess of 6mins for the call to be answered I gave up. Surely someone in your business could at least have answered, taken a message and arranged a call back. Conversation amongst my peers indicates this is common.”
