Great prices on clothing -$2 to $3 for most items. Good range on women's clothing, and bric a brac. No furniture for sale. Staff had a sense of humour.
Shop is in a busy traffic area and can be difficult to get to so pick your time . Lots of stuff and good selection. Its always busy when I've gone past and the good Google reviews rave about it so thought I see for myself, definitely not the experience I got dont think I'll bother again. Never got a greeting from woman behind counter even when I said Hi , then she was on ph to I'm guessing a staff member to get some help and she couldn't have been nicer to them, while was waiting to be served still no acknowledgment to me. Its not like she was busy think there was 2 customers (me being one).
I love this op shop !! Great prices and lovely staff I lost my bracelet one day in the shop and I rang them when I got home and noticed it missing . They said they found it and that I could come and pick it up. It's a blessing to have beautiful honest people like that . Thank you
Appreciate the hard work you all do as volunteers. Half the shop is laid out really well but the other half where the clothes are does need some form of organising and tidying up as looking for stuff becomes labourous. Prices are great and service is good.
The only SPCA Op Shop i've been to that can actually claim to be an Op Shop with realistic Op Shop prices and new stock regularly. You guys need to show the other SPCA Op Shops how to do it I think
What was once a very nice shop to call into 3 or 4 times a week has now become dull and very dreary with the most horrible atmosphere under this new management lady who I feel is totally unfit for the managers position, her manner and manners leave a lot to be desired
Have found the prices in this op shop(charity shop)are getting rather expensive. I was told it is now referred to as a retail shop. Used goods being sold at a price comparable to new goods. So where's the charity? I was in there this afternoon and a woman enquired about a necklace, and she was told $7 she said, and I quote "to expensive" and put it back. The used clothing in there are priced between $8-$10. My visit will be infrequent now because of the changes and because it is now a retail store.

They have a very dangerous mat in store as I had a nasty fall and there was not anyone that could of help or said sorry, are you ok. I have graze my elbow and brusie my knees hands and I am very angry about it
