    We purchased two vanities and a tap (one from Millen East Tamaki). Unfortunately, the tap cartridge started leaking within a few months. After a few emails, a replacement was sent out, which we appreciated. However, both vanity basins have shown noticeable wear, which seems to be due to a very thin top coat. We reached out to Lydia for support but found the response unhelpful. On the positive side, the timber cabinetry of the vanities feels well built, and the drawer hardware is high quality. It’s a shame the basins haven’t held up to the same standard, as the overall design and finish of the units is otherwise solid.
