   We were in the market for 2 new camp chairs, and we have purchased a few bits and pieces from the store, and the team have always been very helpful. We identified a couple of Oztrail chairs, and found that they were cheaper in another out of town store. We reached out to Sandy and she was happy to price match for us.    On holiday in Wanganui and our satellite dish conked out. Rang RV centre and bought a new one for the tv repair guy to install before we carried on our travels. The parts guy was so nice and our satellite arrived in Wanganui from the Mount the next morning. Excellent service seeing as it's holiday time. Thank you Mega RV.

   Had annual habitation check done on Bailey Phoenix, 5th time since owning it, as usually experienced pleasant interaction with staff and work completed in a timely manner. Thanks, see you next year Most of my reviews of your business have been positive, however, New review ... phone answering ... had occasion to ring sales and get a price for an item today 9 December. Appreciate that this is a busy period but having to wait in excess of 6mins for the call to be answered I gave up. Surely someone in your business could at least have answered, taken a message and arranged a call back. Conversation amongst my peers indicates this is common.

   We had a great experience buying our caravan over a year ago with Gavin, who told us to get in touch if we had any issues and told us he would re-sell the caravan as he knew this was a short term purchase for us. We have had a couple of issues with the caravan since we purchased it - when we have reached out to Gavin, no response. Then again when we reached out to sell it, no response. We feel the salesperson was all talk about promises and aftercare before the sale went through.
