   Worst customer service I've had for a long time.Over priced compared to mitre 10 for taps , and when asked for some tap washers ,was told they are in the packet.which they were not.only.the tap fittings.Tap washers are completely different . But was made to look like a fool.No washers came with the fitting s .So went to mitre 10 and brought some washers for taps. And looked at the same tap product just brought from plumbing world on Hewletts Rd.mitre 10 were cheaper.and good customer service. Will never go back to Plumbing world on Hewletts Rd Mt mauganui. And they wouldn't take cash which is illegal as cash is legal tender in NZ . were in the packet already
