   Went there yesterday, gave them my license plate, and they gave me the WRONG oil filter which we found out after many failed attempts to get it on my car. We went back the next morning and they refused to give us a refund or a free replacement due to the fact they could no longer sell it. That is not my problem or my fault when they gave me the wrong oil filter in the first place. On their website they have this filter listed as it would fit my car and it is wrong. Super cheap auto has the correct listed one and will have my services in the future. Don’t bother with Repco unless you know EXACTLY what you need :)

   I am really happy with my experience at Repco Tauranga earlier today. Chloe was very nice and helpful, she even went out to help me changing the front wipers. It was tough to remove the old wipers and may cause her finger nail crack a bit. Very happy with her excellent customer service.

   Very efficient young fella helped me today with trying to get a heated jacket he told me he would try order a Milwaukee jacket from supplier 15mins later via phone call informed me that it was discontinued although I couldn't get what I wanted he was very fast a efficient and at the least giving me the information that helped me decide on where to go and what to do.
