Ordered a radiator for a V8 commodore. was told delivery the next morning at 10am, organised people for pick up at 10:30 who drove nearly an hour to get there, they were told hadn't arrived yet, they said next courier at 11.30 so they had a pie and waited, still hadn't arrived, they couldn't wait any longer so had to leave, called at 3pm, radiator never showed up At All, ordered a second radiator for the following day. Organised a different person to pick up, upon collection, invoice was for a V6 commodore and the person picking up the radiator (female non car person) was told by Napa salesperson that V8 radiators are identical to v6. Once received to install it obviously was different, fan shrouds are different including mounting points and core thickeness is different. Absolutely ashamed with Napa's lack of knowledge on products, misleading customers and females to make sure the sale goes through, and their disregard for ensuring parts turn up on time as promised. I'll honestly never use them again, as a Capricorn member I will be in touch with my representative about this. Further purchases will be entrusted to the likes of Partmaster, Cooldrive, Fenix, etc. Shop around and make sure you don't get swindled and mucked about.

Was upset to find that they were closed even though their times said they would be open until 5pm on the 31st on both google and on their trading hours on the door. We tried calling ahead but thought they were busy when they didn't answer but when we actually went to the store there was absolutely no one there
