“A big thanks to Monique and the Service Manager at Pacific Toyota Bayfair. They went out of their way to courier me a replacement service book, including details of the services they had done, even though I didn't buy the car from them and it's no longer serviced by them because of distance. The original service record was "misplaced" by another Toyota dealer during a recent service. I believe having a complete service history adds to the long term value of a car so I'm very happy to get the replacement book and have my faith in Toyota restored.”

“Recently Maui at the Seafood counter went absolutely over and above to make sure I had a fresh kingfish to fulfil an order I made. He was professional, kind and did such a wonderful job not only filleting and skinning the fish, but making sure I got a fish that was the correct size for my needs. “Beautiful revamp of the store happening. Looks really inviting and a great layout. Checkout staff are really friendly and helpful. It's certainly not just New World, but the price of pumpkins is just absolutely horrendously ridiculous and unjustifiable. Sadly, there'll be no roast pumpkin this Christmas . . . New World Gate Pa though, a real asset to Tauranga. Love the shop, love the staff.”

“Had a great stay here over Christmas. The motel isn't too big, and service was friendly. The rooms were actually serviced during the day which I haven't had in the past in budget motels. The pool and spa are fantastic - just big enough and heated. A shade sail covers half of the pool. The room we had was dated but perfectly functional and others had been renovated. We were surprised our room was supplied with almost any kitchen tools you'd need.”
