Do not buy anything from this store. I purchased a mattress less than 6 months ago that now has problems. When I contacted the store the manager Julia told me there was nothing they could do as they were closing down and then ghosted me.
Hey came on 27th and bought furniture. Its really good stuff. Also customer service lady Julia, she was the best. Helpful as well. Happy new year 2024.
Julia is one of the best customer service person I have had dealings with. She goes beyond the call of duty ensuring the customer is fully satisfied. She is a natural sales person filled with knowledge , expertise and above all character that makes you enjoy your visit
Awesome sales today from Julia at bayfair Owen's place. She's the types every store needs. No where near pushy, talked me though what i was looking for. Definitely recommended
We bought a Sofa and pay delivery, the guys from the delivery were in a hurry, we were working at the time they wanted to come if we didn't come home when they told us they were going to take the sofa back and come in 1 week more. I think it wasn't the people at the shop or the delivery guys fault, but the person in charge of organizing the deliveries. Other than that everything was good
Short opening hours mean office workers can never visit during the week. Some staff very knowledgeable, others a bit average. Many items in store are out of stock and on back order.
