Went to Repco Fraser Cove to get a couple of gas boot struts for my son's Ford Focus, initially the wrong ones were supplied, but not to worry, Sam sorted the correct ones a few days later and now the boot lid doesn't fall on his head! Great communication and service, thanks Sam, job done!
Horrible service, 4 workers on not one worker greeted us. In fact they just stood around and stared at us, was waiting to get served at the counter for Atleast 5 minutes while the workers clearly saw I was standing there waiting to pay for my item. Once I got served the person at the counter didn’t say hello, nothing lol most unfriendly bunch of people. Definitely not coming back here again
The team at Repco Fraser Cove are amazing people, I purchased a gift card which I dropped on my way to my vehicle. Three of the staff helped me search for the card and organized a replacement for me. Extremely helpful. Can't recommend this store highly enough, now my goto auto parts store and I will refer all my friends and family 10/10 from me. Thank you Repco.

Repco Fraser cove is the branch I will always choose to go to. Outstanding customer service and a vast range of knowledge from all staff. The shop is set out well, and easy to find the isle you are looking for. The staff helped me today to find a better alternative oil for my vehicle as she likes to drink a lot. On top of that they gave me a great price. Thank you to all your staff for being so helpful and genuinely interested in getting me the best product.
Best Repco I’ve been too hands down staff are actually experienced , highly competent , friendly and deserve a pay rise . Unlike Manakau Store where they fail to even operate the click and collect feature , use there manners , answer the phone or even record your order details when your at the counter in front of them very poor and pathetic from them now I must drive back to Tauranga on 3 cyclinders from Auckland let someone hope all goes well.
