Great service. It was a bit of a busy Sunday morning. The staff were very polite, considerate and did great to acknowledge each customer whilst busy dealing with a customer.
The expertise on the product I was buying and the care for the customer was fantastic. Chainsaw I brought is awesome.i try and use it every weekend..love it..great shop. We also use stihl shop mount maunganui regularly for work being a gardner
Great customer service as soon as I stepped in the door. Being an older lady wanting to buy a water blaster I appreciated being taken outside & a full action demo of the waterblaster done for me! Took my mower in for a couple of small jobs stihl shop had the mower for 2 weeks went in 2x job not done took the mower away not repaired terrible service .

I was impressed with the customer service as they took the time to show me how to operate the hedge trimmer and how to care for it. When a deal for ride on mowers came up we didn't hesitate to purchase from this shop and again time was taken to show us best practice. Their customer service is top notch and I felt that this is what is offered to every customer on every purchase big and small.
This store was great went into buy a waterblaster and knew which one We wanted, but the owner asked us questions and it worked out that we didn’t need one as big as we were intending to buy, which saved us over $200. He could have easily just taken our money and sold us the next model up. Appreciate when someone is more concerned about selling the right product for the right job and not just about up selling. Very knowledgeable about the products they are selling, oh and the puppy was so very cute. Thanks for your help.
