    Always happy to help and go the extra mile, and that is what great customer service is about! I purchase alot of tools and items for my work here, and the staff will have my order ready for me to collect if I order ahead or else they will ask what I need and go around picking it for me! They have competitive pricing and are happy to offer trade deals too. They will organise any warranty repairs or general repairs on things, even if they weren't purchased there. Super friendly, always willing to help and go the extra mile. That's the best kind of service and so I will always be back!!

    Having been to the Tauranga store, I received really poor customer service by 3 guys more interested in being on their phones than getting off their seat to talk with me. I wasnt going to shop with the tool shed anymore as I could have received better assistance online, however, a family member recommended the mount store and they couldn't have been more right. Great service from the minute I walked in. The mount boys really knew what they were talking about and they gave great advice. These guys went over and above with the service reminding me it's worth supporting local and buying in-store over online. Thanks fellas. I'll be back for sure.
