Rich was involved with our initial planning, and then project managed our renovations to an excellent standard. Rich's experience helped us plan and understand the process of renovating which gave us the confidence regarding product choice in updating and realising the full potential of our home.

   RM Build Tauranga was recommended to us for our home renovation project in late 2024. Having recently moved to Tauranga we needed a builder who would take on board our ideas and make them happen. Rich. and his RM team exceeded our expectations at all stages of the project. He efficiently arranged and managed the consenting process, the build and subbies through to final completion and sign off. We were consulted regularly about any details that needed our attention or approval. We have only praise for the quality of RM Build's workmanship which was completed on time and within budget.    We first used RM Build for a renovation back in 2020 and were so impressed with the quality of their work that it was a no-brainer to have them back for our recent renovation. Rich (the owner) was extremely thorough—he checked in daily to make sure everything was on track and personally followed up with all the external companies (like kitchen joinery, windows, etc.) to ensure everything was working together smoothly. The team was professional yet easygoing and humorous, which made the process enjoyable. They actually finished the project ahead of schedule and brought so much passion and creativity to the job. We were given great ideas we wouldn’t have thought of ourselves. We wouldn’t hesitate to use RM Build again-highly recommend

   We contacted Rich regarding the complete interior renovation of our house. From the very first meeting we found Rich very engaging and he listened to what we wanted to achieve with our renovation project. From his vast experience he made some great suggestions that we hadn't thought of. He ran through the costings and schedule with us before construction began so there was no surprises. Throughout the whole renovation Rich kept us informed of what was going on and what items we needed to choose and when. Special shout out to Joe and Doug, who work with Rich, as they made the magic happen. Overall the budget and schedule were spot on from Rich and we would highly recommend RM Build to anyone who is looking for a builder.    Rich and his team undertook a massive renovation at our run down home in Papamoa Beach. Everything from relining & reframing interior walls, recladding exterior walls, and deck extensions. Rich was incredibly well communicated, and his skills exceeded our expectations. The quality and the calibre of the home we have now is much more that we could have ever dreamed of. It is now "a dream home"! Rich & his team felt like an extension of our family. They were all incredibly professional, and easy to work with.    We engaged RM Build for a major renovation in 2018. Throughout the renovation, Rich was a consummate professional. He was accurate in his initial assessment of the scale and cost of our project. He was absolutely clear in his record keeping so you knew exactly what you were being invoiced for. Rich chose and managed the sub-contractors well and due to his excellent communication skills, we always knew what was due to be happening at each time during the build. His eye for perfection and high expectations for his team were exemplary. The team of RM Build were all professional in the way they managed themselves and in the quality of work produced. Our job was done with care and precision and a high level of craftsmanship. Rich was also extremely clean and tidy in the workplace. As you can see, we would highly recommend RM Build - they are awesome!
