“I stayed at West Fitzroy Apartments for three nights in May, 2025. My apartment was lovely. Had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The in-apartment washer and dryer were an unexpected and welcome feature. Walking distance to Victoria Square and the Botanical Gardens. Jackson Tu, the Reservations Manager was very helpful. I highly recommend the West Fitzroy Apartments to any visitor to Christchurch!”

“Cannot recommend Rent Right highly enough. So happy I placed my rental property in their hands some years ago. Nothing is a problem, always extremely responsive. “I have stayed here for a few months starting from mid of 2020 through to the first few months of 2021. This place is simply stunning and beautiful! Located in the central of Christchurch city, it’s very convenient to travel around the city, being very close to main shopping malls, cafes, restaurants, Christchurch Botanical Gardens, Museum. Just across the road is Art Gallery. This place is a perfect spot and very neat and clean. The friendly and approachable staffs here also add icing to the cake. In fact I have made good friends with some of them and they have always gone over and above to help me always. Even though I was alone, they really made me feel homely here. The nice environment at Orari Apartments never made me feel bored or lonely. Really, this place is simply amazing. I have stayed at various places around New Zealand over the years but I never received this high stand of hospitality in my life anywhere. The breakfast here is lovely too. If you are travelling to Christchurch and looking for a good place /accommodation with pleasant staffs and also economical ( In regards to money matters) – this is definitely the right and appropriate place to stay! Highly recommended & definitely a 10/10 from my side! :)”
