   The accommodation and parking area was cramped. There was a long hair in the basin. The room was not serviced. We asked for a late checkout and reluctantly got it. But we discovered we got charged an extra $50 for late discharge (there was no mention that there would be a charge ) and for excessive cleaning! I contacted them immediately to explain what "excessive cleaning" they were talking about and why they had not said that late checkouts would be charged. No response. Just ignored the email. Very very disappointing. Will never go there again.

   Firstly, location was great as expected even though the Mount isn't exactly a vibe of excitement during winter. Service was as expected, no major issues there. But definitely apartments that need a bit of TLC now. Stuff like heat pumps as opposed to a tiny, Kmart oil heater, refreshed glass wear that isn't chipped and stained (matching even would be great - only $29 at Kmart), and rugs that have questionable looking stains that should have been thrown out five years earlier. Bed was soft, but 'throw out and replace' soft. Outdoor furniture were the plastic chairs you generally see on special at the warehouse, not a 'four star apartment' style or quality. It was fine, but definitely not a "oh let's definitely go back". Location was was great, as expected, but at roughly $240 a night, I'd certainly be looking elsewhere for something a bit more clean and consistent, and less cheap. Assuming the apartments are owned by a hands off investor or something to explain the kind of 'el-cheapo' style of maintenance on stuff like beds, glass wear, plates etc.

   We really loved our stay at the Atrium Apartments. Our apartment had lovely sea views to wake up to every day. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment was fully self-contained with fridge, washing machine, and dryer. We loved being in walking distance to the Mount, beach, spa pools, shops, and restaurants.

   Great location, however I did encounter some challenges during my stay; unfortunately, I experienced an issue with the hot water running out and was informed that I would need to wait until the morning or use the gym shower as an alternative. We tried to use the cups in the cupboard, but they weren't clean and had stains. Not sure if anyone actually washed them. The lighting in the bathroom may need some attention. The pricing doesn’t reflect the overall experience we hoped for. Unfortunately, this experience has left me feeling disappointed, and we won’t here in the future, as it affected the overall enjoyment of our holiday.

   Location is great , apartment size are average, sheets and towels were clean however room was , dusty ! We moved the bed slightly and had tissues and personal items left under there and whole lot of dust , and there was stains on the wall (look like alcohol spills ) and no fan or extractor fan , heater etc in the bathroom , apartment itself was decorated in clutter ,( maybe there privately owned separately) , overall a decent clean and dust would have made a huge difference !

   Stayed here 2 times previously. The Ocean View Room we stayed in recently was very run down and grubby....as in dusty, finger marks all over fridge, mirrors and walls. Cushions filthy. Windows and deck and shower screen doors gross. Sliding door wouldn't lock. Blinds broken. Not good enough when it costs a fair bit! Won't be back. 5 stars for location but apartment gets a zero.

   Disappointed ,we have stayed at the Atrium for a number of years & visit twice a year. We always book a year in advance an apartments with a view . This time what we booked & paid a deposit for was changed & given to someone else. The reaction from the manager we received was not satisfactory , she told us they would have to ask another guest if they minded giving up their apartment so we could have our view. The apartment we were put in had no view and was very run down . Time to move on

   Absolutely fantastic place to stay. The location is spectacular. 2 bed, 1 bath with ocean views. Family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Apartment is clean and spacious with comfortable beds and a lovely balcony. Staff are amazingly helpful. Two of us came down unwell overnight and Rose, the duty manager happily delayed our checkout time so we could sleep in and feel better. She even asked if there was anything we needed that she could help with. Will be back and will definitely be staying here. Not only is it amazing it’s great value for money as well.

   We just had an amazing stay at The Atrium - in a two bedroom ocean view apartment. The location was amazing, so handy having the direct access through to the beach (instead of having to walk down the road). Our two young children had a fantastic time, plenty of room for them to play. All very tidy, modern, clean and well-equipped. We will definitely be back!

   For starters, the people who own/manage this place were extremely nice, helpful and at all times and with all our enquiries made us feel very welcomed (and this is very important). Secondly, when you book a hotel room is a blind date kind of thing and just how beautiful and enjoyable our date turned to be. We have had memorable times and we will come back for more - recommending this magical place to all. Thanks a lot Will.
