   My husband and I have been entrusting our rental homes to Quinovic Mount Maunganui for over 10 years now. We just sold one that we built more than10 years ago, and has had several different tenants since it was built. The condition of the home at time of selling was a testament to the great tenants and great relationship with the tenants that Quinovic have fostered over those 10 years. At sale, the home was presented in fantastic condition. We as the owners, did not have to do anything to 'revive' the home. It was advertised while tenants were still living in it, The new buyers fell in love immediately and paid our asking price, and couldn't complement us enough on the condition of the home. They thought it was remarkable how beautifully presented and new it appeared, with very little wear and tear, considering it had been tenanted. - Obviously well looked after by hand chosen respectful tenants of Quinovic. We are very happy with our relationship with Quinovic. They look after both us as landlords, and the tenants equally. It's a relationship built on mutual trust and respect. We would highly recommend them.

   We've been tenants for Quinovic Mount Maunganu for nearly 8 years now. Esta and her team have been extremely helpful the entire time. Any property maintenance has always been actioned quick. I had an escaping toddler at the time and within 1-2 weeks I had a fence up. I've found the team caring, supportive and helpful throughout the years, I cannot fault them.

   We had a wonderful experience renting through Quinovic Mount Maunganui. From the very beginning, Lisa and her team were professional, responsive, and easy to work with. Any questions we had were answered quickly, and maintenance requests were always handled efficiently. Our property manager Adele even drove to us with a spare key on a weekend night when we had locked ourselves out. Can’t recommend them enough!!

   Esta has looked after our property for the past 7 years and it’s been seamless, everything always taken care of quickly. We live in Auckland and Esta has got such a good name for herself that when we talked to an Auckland Quinovic branch they even knew who she was! Really good work ethic, always onto it, highly recommend.

   Terrible experience with Quinovic unfortunately. Especially when moving out, they really just want to take as much money from you as they can. Felt a lot of prejudice from Esta, made a lot of assumptions and definitely treated us harshly because we are in our early 20's with a pet. Wouldn't recommend at all.
