   UNSAFE AND MISMANAGED TENANT PLACEMENT. The are no words to express the extreme outrage with the handling of my property by this agency. The property manager Mary Dods asked me to approve a tenant without disclosing critical information, including that the tenant has an extremely serious criminal conviction. Because this information was withheld, I was unable to make an informed decision about placing this tenant in my home. The lack of full disclosure, combined with the serious nature of the tenant’s background, created a significant risk to my property, my safety, and the safety of my family. This situation shows a clear failure to meet the professional standards and responsibilities expected of licensed property managers. I cannot recommend this office to anyone who expects honest, responsible, and safe property management.

A huge thanks to her as she was exceptional throughout the process and as it is my first time renting a property for me and my little one, Sharyn was very genuine, understanding and I am so grateful for her guidance and professional manner. She even went the extra mile when plans didn’t go to plan for us but thanks to Sharyn she gave us the help, opportunity and support we needed for being in our very own rental.
