   Billy is Incredible! Everyone should try get Billy! We can’t thank you enough Billy for your hard work and efforts assisting us to purchase our very first home. Buying your first home can be scary, but Billy guided us through the process, liaised with builders and was super approachable. Billy has a wealth of knowledge regarding property in Tauranga and was able to answer any and all questions we had. Billy made time for us to view our final property (which we ended up purchasing) at very short notice and made us feel very welcome. Billy is trustworthy and his instructions were clear, he made sure we were well informed on the property. Billy definitely holds his vendors in high regard and ensured they would get the best offer they could. Although a tough negotiator, we could see that he was integrous and fair in his approach.
