Really worth to go with freedom tourism. Very good service, very friendly staff. We were worried about food but freedom tourism provided very good food,test like india. All meals are very testy.Great communication.Accomodation, transportation evrything was so good and on time.Well managed.Thanks to freedom tourism.Must recommend
The owner of this tour is from Ahmedabad and does not stay on what he is says he will provide on the trip… my parents went through his tour.. food was only good in queenstown all other days only one dish was provided.. even after paying so much proper travel bus was not alloted to them.. he also deletes all the bad reviews from the google and uses your photos for Instagram without your consent… once the trip is ended he won’t pickup your calls and even doesn’t provide any refund if any ride is cancelled on their behalf.. not at all organised and no tour guide was provided instead they said bus driver will tell you everything but even the bus driver did not have proper knowledge.. Beware of this tour saying 20+ experience but did not even provide any details to roam or any activity details (even paid) on their free day to explore the country on their own. Worst tour experience ever and also he deletes bad reviews. If I could give points in negative I would have given. Negative 100 points for this tour please beware before booking trips from this tour.
Amazing experience with freedom tour in every aspect, vegetarian food ( breakfast + lunch + dinner) was excellent. Picnic lunch at different parks was amazing idea. Best hotel selection at every location. Tour guide was very professional & very friendly, Best experience , best service and highly recommended for vegetarian and Jain people.

Worst travel agency I have travelled with. The specifications of hotels were wrong, my AC hotel rooms were actually non AC rooms, they made a huge mess up with my rental car which was prior booked and fully paid for in the package, was delivered 4 hours late and without prior info, demanded 500$ to be paid as a security there.. specifications of the car were also wrong. Their helpline number is useless as they don’t provide any help or support once you reach the country. You are on your own in the foreign country. Due to bad weather, few of my activities were cancelled and they initiated a refund to the company, however they refused to refund it to me unless someone else uses those bookings for their trip.
Liars and false commitments are their core values. Beware of the information and the bookings done by this company. My refund since 2 months is still not cleared and now we are going legal on this firm. DO not ever travel with these guys even if they are offering you the trip for free.
Good shopping experience
Very bad experience. Will never recommend any1 to travel via this. Just completed my new Zealand bora bora trip and it was the pathetic experience.
