“This is my local store/deli. I LOVE it. Great variety of stock, always well stocked, fresh product, free range eggs, comprehensive dry stock, drinks, ice-cream...always up-to-date with different trends. NEEDS more cheeses and speciality breads. Prices are a bit high. I would purchase more here at a better price...only a little lower. The owner is community minded though he probably relies a lot on tourist market / seasonal This may well be reflected in pricing?? Staff are overall friendly. I like to support this business : )”

“I love love love hippo health. This winter I decided to try thrush plus for our 29 years old mare who has suffered from bad thrush for a long time .I gta say we have tried a lot of products for her and was always able to keep it at low risk but it was always there lurking ready to come back at the first sign of bad weather and mud. This winter has been a game changer there is little to no sign of thrush in all four of her hooves she is a lot happier not sore at all and I love how easy it is to give ,no more picking feet out in the pouring rain to apply powders and all manner of treatments ending up soaked and covered in mud. This product has worked wonders and I have combined with healthy hooves and mud and rain and I am impressed. I will definitely be keeping a supply in my tack room.keep up the great work.”

“I have bought quite a number of items over the past few months off Jag whilst renovating our commercial premises which are located nearby. I can't express enough what incredible service I received. There were a couple of issues with items I bought which Jag immediately addressed and put right. He even fixed a faulty item for me that I had purchased from another business, when I went to buy a replacement product from him. As such I continued to buy goods from him as our renovation progressed because I knew I could trust him. I was in there so often we were on first name terms and I like that. He's a good guy, stands by his products and is a real asset to his company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the business while Jag's at the helm!”

“This place is awesome and you can’t cut it any other way. They were out of hot meat pies when we arrived but they did have a meat pie in their cold case that they could heat up so what’s the difference? It was tasty! The desserts were incredible and the sandwiches were lovely as well. They also had lots of different groceries so we picked up different snacks and beverages. They even had nag champa! We ate our sandwiches on a little table overlooking the beach. This place is a gem and it was open super early in spring around August-September.”
