   What a nice small convenience place this is, they have most of the things a big super market has and the owners are very nice couple. Very helpful to the visitors like us and also very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend them to visit if you are local or passing by. Reasonable pricing and very tidy shop

   All the staff here are amazing, it's almost genetic, because from the father to the mother, to the children, to other family members like Sid, this whanau is so patient, kind, respectful, hard working and helpful. Everyone could learn alot from this family. I have a standing order or Incense sticks that I couldn't go without. The other day Sid spent his time and effort to search the shop to find this item for me. I was not amazed by the service, because this is how they roll, but I was once again, so grateful for the amazing service here. They remind you that humans are kind. Thank you all, and Sid.

   16/02/24 - Just bought a packet of Shin Ramyum Noodles and the price is expensive. I compared their prices with Pak N Save and Woolsworth and the difference is very clear. What in the daylight robbery. Dairy price: $11 and supermarket $9.

   This dairy has very fair prices and easy to access. The best thing I've found about this dairy are the owners. The whole family are just amazing and will go out of their way to please their customers. I would rate the owners of this shop the best in Christchurch, could be the best in New Zealand. I was in the shop once and the lovely lady was being seriously harrassed by a customer who thought they were short changed. The owner however did not return the abuse, instead she calmy talked to the customer to try and explain what had happened and still the customer was so rude and unruly. Eventually another customer in the shop alongside myself had to point out to the customer that they had bought another item and had forgotten he had it which explained why he wasn't short changed, he just was a bit of a loosehead. All the while the lovely lady behind the counter did not react in any way apart from being the kind lovely people that they are. Thankyou Pramukh Convenience Store and Co.

   I enjoy going to this dairy to chat to the people behind the counter, who are always cheerful. Not to mention just before lockdown I did a huge shop here to support our local business and families and they had everything I needed. Good selection.

2. Best Ever ★★☆☆☆

   Limited assortment of goods (more so than other convenience stores). Paid $6.80 for a block of Whitaker's chocolate (on 11 April) that I found at New World for $2.99 (on special, 3 May). Pretty overpriced I would say!!

   Rather upset by the way my partner has been treated at this dairy . He visited on his way home from work to get cream for dinner (as I forgot) and he was told to "get out" and that "his kind were not welcome there" . His kind being shaven head & tattoos ... absolutly disgracefull being spoken to that way in our country and suggest if your against racism not to use this convenience store !! Walk 2 stores up & visit the next one as they are lovely
