“I stopped by this pet store recently because I’m wanting to start a tank and needed some advice and I’m so glad I did. A young woman working there (blonde, glasses) helped me out, and she was absolutely amazing. She really knew what she was talking about when it came to fish care, water treatments, and what species work well together. I had so many questions, and she was super patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. She even helped me pick out the right food and showed me which filters would work best for my setup. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and wants people to succeed, not just sell products. I left feeling way more confident and excited about getting my tank started.”

“Animals are well taken care of and healthy. Workers are proactively helpful and understand the animals in their shop. I've purchased everything from aquariums and axolotls to guinea pigs there and each person understands and advises the owner correctly. I've even seen a denial of sale with a worker concerned over the health and wellbeing of an animal there. Highly recommended. “I rate this mitre 10. Everytime I've been here I've left with what I need and some. Today I went in for some pots totaling $400 but they were discounted down to only $80. And the last time I went I was just getting some charcoal and they had $1000 umbrellas down to $250 because the box was damaged. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. And the bbq section is always well stocked.”

Not just is it environmental friendly since you can bring your own (reusable) containers (something you can buy here too btw!) but they are also extremely friendly and helpful. I usually get things like wheat, cereals or brewing supplies and I found it to be either cheaper or at least at the same price supermarkets charge. Always a good choice to come here first before going down to countdown ;-)”
