I was served by the lovely Kimberly who helped me with fitting the harnesses and also with carrying one of them out to my car( I’m currently injured with a back problem). “Animals are well taken care of and healthy. Workers are proactively helpful and understand the animals in their shop. I've purchased everything from aquariums and axolotls to guinea pigs there and each person understands and advises the owner correctly. I've even seen a denial of sale with a worker concerned over the health and wellbeing of an animal there. Highly recommended. “Great experience, I went in to just grab some raw meat for my pup after googling " raw pet food in Christchurch"...the friendly staff member questioned me on what I want for my pup, she was full of great knowledge on animal nutrition and done a quick free assessment, using my dogs weight, size, breed etc, she gave me recommendations on best food and importantly how much she should be feed daily. Great variety of good quality, healthy food for your pet. It looks like this is my new regular dog food supplier. I definitely recommend people at least check out the variety of pet food if your in the area.”

“I rate this mitre 10. Everytime I've been here I've left with what I need and some. Today I went in for some pots totaling $400 but they were discounted down to only $80. And the last time I went I was just getting some charcoal and they had $1000 umbrellas down to $250 because the box was damaged. The staff are always super helpful and friendly. And the bbq section is always well stocked.”
