Great, friendly, local pharmacy with really knowledgeable staff. They’re always friendly to my daughter and give her stickers so she loves picking up prescriptions!! Also have cute giftware. Really helpful on the phone and when drs email through scripts.
My appointment went smoothly, started and finished on time. The person who looked after me had a very lovely smile even tho it was pretty early in the morning and helped me through all my spiro tests. Parking was really accessible and even during the more busier times there’s free parking onsite and offsite. I’m a really forgetful person so I really appreciated the test message, email and phone call reminder also. Staff was really considerate and friendly to both me and others in both the cafeteria and reception. I don’t live in haswell but if I did I’d be very happy to be treated here :) probably the top 10 in nz ranked for hospitality, cleanliness and accessibility.
Always made to feel welcome & a valued customer. Staff go out of their way to have everything ready for purchase or collection. Welcomed with a friendly smile, a christian named greeting & a friendly chat. Highly recommend this pharmacy.

It's a little disappointing that you are closed on a Saturday. Some people can only receive prescriptions at this time due to work commitments. I've had to go to Stanton's Pharmacy, who are open. You are losing a lot of business!!!

The lovely Pharmacist at Longhurst Pharmacy has always gone over and above what I would expect in her efforts to assist our family unit in whatever we are requiring advice with. Her assistance has never been limited to trying to sell what is on the shelf, but has always looked beyond to see if there are other options that might work better for us. She is our first port of call for any natural medication advice we are considering.
Great friendly personable staff who greet me by name. Very accommodating and helpful. Even though I have now moved out of the area I still use this Pharmacy, Definitely recommend!
