“Three weeks after my injury I had an appointment with Matthew at the Millenium Center. He acted really professional and did some tests with my knee. After the tests he said that I had to do an MRI to confirm what he already thought: my left ACL was completely ruptured. After the diagnosis he and his secretary acted really fast, he checked if my knee was strong enough for a surgery, he said that I would be ready in 4 weeks if I would train with the physiotherapist. We planned the surgery in 5 weeks so I had some extra time to regain my strength in my muscles. The surgery went really good and fast, I stayed 1 night at the hospital and then they discharged me. I saw him a few weeks after the surgery, he was really positive about the progress that I made and he encouraged me to continue at this rate. Right now it is 2 months after the surgery, I walked like I used to do before the surgery, but he was really strict that I couldn't play football again till at least 9 months because the ligament needs time to regain strength. The scars that I have are really small. I don't have any other experience with surgents but I think that Matthew is a really good surgent. He knows what he is doing, he is positive and he is a very nice and social guy. Thanks!”

“Great to have something besides kids playgrounds. Off course these are also very important to the community.. But this fitness are, located on 2 corners of the park.. Provides very good opportunities for a decent upper body workout using your own weight. Also you could do jogs/runs from one corner to the other corner to have a cardio component as well. Ready to pump?”
