   I can only say great things about my experience with Tristen Pritchard through hypnotherapy. I was struggling and at the lowest of lows with constant painful anxiety every waking minute for over a year. And a few sessions with Tristen put me straight on to the path to recovery, these sessions sparked the healing I needed to recover by helping me trust myself again and my inner voice letting me know that everything is going to be okay. It’s been a year since I saw Tristen and my anxiety dissipated in a couple of weeks and I felt and continue to feel stronger than ever.
