   Very professional service (CT Scan) Prim had a lovely manner - explained everything well and politely - along with a warm personality - outstanding ambassador for Bay Radiology ! Only thing letting BR down (1 star off) was the 2 'chunks' out of reception desk at Grace - really!? 2nd hand bookshop in Ecatahuna yes - but in a modern medical facility - no please get this tidied up

   Highly Impressed with Renee – Professional and Compassionate Care I recently supported my 80-year-old mother through an ultrasound and cortisone injection, and we were both incredibly impressed by our experience with ultrasound technician Renee. She was professional, friendly, and clearly very knowledgeable. Renee took the time to explain each step of the procedure and described what she was seeing on the screen in a way that was both informative and reassuring. My mother was at ease throughout the process, which is a testament to Renee’s calm and compassionate approach. It made a potentially stressful experience much more comfortable. We felt well cared for and respected at every stage. Thank you, Renee, for your outstanding care — you made a real difference!

   On 2 Sept 2022. I had an appointment for a CT guided injection in my spine. I was understandably nervous. But the whole procedure was made very comfortable as from the time I entered the procedure room I was kept totally informed of what was about to happen and had my questions answered in a informative easy way by the radiologist taking the scans for the Doctor. Once again when meeting the Doctor I was once kept informed of what he would do and had each procedure explained as it was being done. A little painful but bearable. On completion I was told what to expect and once again asked if I had any questions. The whole experience was friendly, informative and professional. Thanks to those involved and to those who may be nervous about this in the future - it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. Anna Phillips
