   After completing my last session with Bergen, I couldn’t not leave a 5 star review. I cannot stress enough how much Bergen has helped me deal with lifelong trauma that I thought I could never be rid of. Her advice and approach is invaluable, you will be fully listened to and understood. She is professional, personable and approachable, I would recommend her to anyone. After six sessions I feel like a completely new person with a new view and lease on life which I could not of had without Bergens help. If you are looking for a counsellor, I would highly recommend getting in touch.

   I have been working with Bergen for a few years. She has professionally helped me deal with specific problems that I have had.She was extremely helpful in helping me find solutions to various problems I have faced. Through the excellent help it is now possible for me to have a different and healthier approach to various situations. I would strongly recommend anyone truly wanting help to schedule in a session with Bergen. Bergen listens carefully, she is able to understand and provide insight . She was instrumental in helping me on my journey that is of life.

   There truly aren’t words to describe the positive impact Bergen has had on my life. During such a difficult time, she provided me with the strategies and tools I needed to change the direction in which my life was heading. She is extremely professional, clear of judgement and connection is the heart centre of her work. I found Bergen extremely approachable, caring, patient, and supportive which allowed me to be open and honest with her. I knew every time I set foot in her door, I would be greeted with kindness and an abundance of love and understanding. I’m very thankful to have found someone who cares deeply, and was willing to face the storm with me. Thank you Bergen, for reminding me that we don’t need to go through the difficult times in life alone. You are so appreciated and I'm very glad there are people like you in this industry. You are truly made for it! Highly recommend :)

   I totally disagree with dessert stomach 's review! I was receiving counseling from Bergen for 2 years and to be honest I dont think I'd be here today without her support, encouragement and guidance! I would fully reccomend her to all who are struggling, she is authentic, kind, patient and speaks the truth with such gentleness and love. I always found her very professional and always felt very safe through our counseling sessions. It makes me sad that dessert stomach has posted such a negative comment in regards to Bergen's counseling. I encourage people to not judge based on the one bad review.

   The time I spent with Bergen Gell for counselling sessions where extremely productive, her style was a common sense approach, showing empathy, kindness compassion with a sense of humor when appropriate. Bergen walked along side me and helped me with feeling comfortable in my own skin. Counselling for me was challenging, I was reluctant to open up however due to Bergen's patience and insight she managed to get me to finally open up and become aware of who I am. I have learnt that if you want things to change first you must change, if you lack self awareness and look to blame others for your circumstances then you are wasting your time and anyone who wishes to help you. It is without hesitation that I recommend Bergen to counsel you. :):):)
