   We are so fortunate that we found Auckland Children's ENT! Dr Colin Barber is a super experienced ENT specialist. He is great with kids, a true expert in children ENT! My 2-year-old son made significant improvements on his overall health after the surgery. Less sickness, sleep better, being a much happier boy he should be.......We see these each day and say to ourselves, we glad we did the surgery. Definitely it was not scary as it sounds like, It is super helpful for the child. Dr. Colin's assistant Olwyn is amazing, she is always great with communication, very kind, warm and approachable. Even I did lots of research on the treatment, but still had real difficulty in making the decision. But Olwyn is always there listen, answer my questions, reassure me. It really helps!!! She even check in after her work hours, truly went beyond and above to help the patient. We appreciate your support Olwyn! Happy New Year to your team. I highly recommend your team to other children and parents who need you.

   I have had the privilege of finding Dr. Greame Van der Meer and being with him for 3 years, We have used him for both of my girls. No doubt in my mind that he is in the right profession. He is so kind, gentle, and patient with children. No one wants to have a child go into surgery but with Graeme and his team, I have never had to worry. Can't recommend him and Mel his lovely receptionist enough.

   We recently saw Graeme and his team and had a fantastic experience. The receptionist was super friendly, helpful and very accommodating. They even liaised with our medical insurer on our behalf, saving me the hassle. Graeme instilled confidence from the outset. I highly recommend Auckland Children's ENT to anyone looking for paedatric care.

   The receptionist here is horrible. We were hoping to find a paediatric ENT urgently for our 2 year old daughter, and they couldn't take us, which is totally understandable but then she just hung up on us when we asked for any help possibly with another practice that might not be so busy. Hopefully the doctor is great.... she definitely wasn't very nice.
