I have been disabled,because of spinal surgery, Avalon podiatry have been coming to my home as my mobility is not very good. They have been wonderful when I have been needing by foot care done, toe nails etc, cannot fault them care.
Great people! I had an emergency and they made a plan even though they were fully booked. Very professional and friendly.
My father-in-law who is 95 years old had a home visit from Avalon Podiatry and this is the first time we have used their services as they were recommended by a local pharmacy. The service was paid for via cash and the home visit cost $85. I arrived home after work to find toe nails on the carpet in the area where my FIL was seated for the appointment. I was disgusted that this hadn’t been cleaned up. I emailed Avalon Podiatry a ‘please explain’ email to be told that there were already breadcrumbs on the floor, the vacuum cleaner was in the living room and that the room was half vacuumed. I found the response appalling and they failed to accept any fault or offer an apology. Highly recommend that you go to another podiatrist if you want professionalism, good practices and hygiene standards.
