   This is my number 1 place to go to with anything physio. Have been going to see Charlotte for a while now and she is patient, kind and so helpful. She'll go through each exercise thoroughly and explain why the injury happened and how to fix it. Good free parking, just make sure you know where their designated area is.

   Activeplus East Tamaki is a great clinic. Chris Steven the Practise Manager is a wonderful person, always very inviting and very encouraging. Laura Holder and Andrea Marchand would have to be the best Physiotherapists out there, After dealing with these two Ladies you will quickly realise your in good hands, it will also become apparent they are very experienced in what they do and will get you on the right road to recovery. I recommend this clinic highly.
