Balmoral Lee Gar is an excellent gym. The Sifu (Trainer), Lolo Heimuli, is a world class trainer. I encourage anyone that wants to learn Kickboxing or Boxing to go here. Lolo has taught top fighters from around the world but is as humble as can be. He is also an excellent teacher for children. He has a large kids class and is incredibly patient. The OG of the OGS this gym has produced champions all the way back since 1987 with dyason kuresa, Ray Sefo, Doug Viney and eugene bareman(owners of city kickboxing) and many more the head coach has trained numerous k-1 and ufc champions such as mark hunt Lolo Heimuli truly is one of the best and an absolute OG of kickboxing in new zealand
