   The best gym I have ever been a part of. This place is something truly special. Moving from Sydney to Hamilton I was welcomed from my very first day here at Kotahi back in 2020 and I have never left! The gym isn't just a place where we train, its so much more than that. Ultimate whanau vibes create an awesome sense of community. Challenging workouts and supportive coaches have really pushed me to improve significantly with both my crossfit and weightlifting journey. No better place to be. Thank you Nix & Kurt for creating such a positive and safe space for us all. :)
