Great gym for both fitness and martial arts training! The coach has an awesome sense of humour and genuinely cares about every fighterβs progress. The atmosphere is always positive, and you really feel pushed to do your best. Highly recommend to anyone wanting to get fitter or sharpen their skills
A gym that feels homely
This was my first gym ive ever tried and I personally think its the best coach is a goods as person the people their actually help you get better and feel good about yourself , i look forward to going back to training ,
This is the third gym Iβve been at in Hamilton so far and can for sure say itβs the best, good people, good fighters and good facility
Highly recommend mauy thai gym !!!! , one of the best ones Iβve heard of so far , coach is good the people who go there are nice peopleβ¦..!!!! but over all rated one of the best in Hamilton
