Paramount Muay Thai provides a clean, respectful and inclusive environment for anyone seeking to excel in their fitness and fighting goals. James and Rose run the gym at an exceptionally high standard from admin to all round operations. I walked into the gym green, unfit and very nervous. 3 weeks in I feel welcome and comfortable at Paramount and appreciate the overwhelming support from both staff and students.
