“We went there for Karaoke night. We enjoyed it very much. Drinks, stories, laughs, and dancing.”
“Beautiful little bakery and very cost effective. I love apple turnovers and they only cost $3.50 here compared to other bakeries that charge up to $5.00”
“I enjoyed my udon noodle everytime i pop by ☺️”
“Surprisingly very good, unsure if new ownership since I've last been. But was on par with other great fish and chip shops.”
“A cold late night and household is hungry. 10 min waiting to cook and take away. Very clean and hospitality service is excellent. Recommend to everyone as meal is non greasy. Certainly worth your money to spend for a large quantity on my plate for 2 adults. I really enjoyed their food.”
“Best roast duck in auckland. I've looked. First takeaways ordered out of L4, no regrets ❤”
“I had a takeaway dinner tonight, and the food tastes good and very friendly. Especially, I like sushi because it tastes fresh and not greasy. Recently, many sushi restaurants taste like fusion sushi, BUT this restaurant has been in business for a long time in Pukekohe, it tastes traditional and fresh, and I can't get enough of the food even if I eat a lot. The owner is kind and very honest.”
“Have been coming to this family owned business for years now and it's still the best. The sweet n sour pork, chicken chow mein and wontons are our go to.”
“Lovely homestyle Northern Chinese food. The owner/cook is really warm and friendly. The cooking somehow has a very comforting, homelike feel- like you are at an aunty's house (aunty who is amazing at cooking). Served nice jasmine tea, and ordered spicy fried chicken cartilage (alright, a bit too overcooked but nice flavour), rice dish with tofu and pork and green pepper (the BEST) and mapo tofu. Some of the cheapest eats you'll find. Each dish was about $12.”
“Nice foods , Good service, good staffs and cheaper price .good for hire for brithday party and other functions.”
“Truly tasty food! Recently discovered them and highly recommend. We tried a few of their dishes and our favourite are the money bags enter! So fresh and tasty. Service is awesome and a great deal for the price.”
“Proper sichuan restaurant in Auckland! The decor of this restaurant was quite the highlight. Felt fun and cheeky. Ordered mapo tofu, tomato eggs, cumin beef and pickled fried rice. All dishes were outstanding. The beef was tender, fresh and succulent. Mapo tofu was another highlight. Would highly recommend.”
“Definitely recommend this place ! Best sushi of all time, my partner and I come here every week not only for the food but the amazing service from the three lovely ladies and the chef . They are always so welcoming, friendly, and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, the presentation is beautiful, and you can really feel the love they put into their food . It’s become our go-to spot, definitely a 10/10 experience!”
“Their fried noodles are very nice and good portions as well. Little to no wait time.”

“Best lunch spot in the CBD by far. Food is delicious, high quality and well priced. I'll probably come here everyday from now on”
“Very expensive for a takeaway shop - but the food lives up to the price. The portions are reasonably sized. We had Singapore noodle with prawns, and a Thai Green Curry. Both were simply delicious. Though I tried not to, I devoured that curry in a single night. The meat was tender. The vegetables well balanced. And the broth. Oh the broth. It was watery, but so jam packed with flavour that my eyebrows nearly sizzled off. If you have more than a dollar or two to spare, go here. It's the store on Great South Road that kinda looks like it sells either vacuum cleaners or PC parts with it's odd, green aesthetic.”
Wokin runs with a simple, bistro‑style menu and a relaxed pace. Easy carry‑out for a simple night in. A sensible spend for the spread. Front‑of‑house runs with calm, helpful energy. Portions are gener...
“Sweet and sour pork was fantastic! Pork was soft and tender every bite. Cashew chicken was cooked perfectly as well. Good amount of cashews. Would come again”
“The best little superette in town - lucky to have this as our local go-to. Love the service and chat everytime we’re in there.”
“I like it, decent prices. Friendly staff and good range of lollies”
“Great liquor shop even packed with some of SA's top brands”
“Love their quick and friendly service.”
“Alright, listen up! I walked into this Kiwi chippie, hood up, trying to be low-key, but the smell of fried goodness hit me harder than my mom’s spaghetti. So, I ordered this hotdog on a stick. Let me tell you, this ain’t your regular, everyday hotdog. This bad boy was crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, like my feelings after I drop a diss track. First bite? BOOM. A flavor explosion that made me lose myself. The batter was golden, the sausage juicy, and it was so good I nearly forgot Kim’s number. The only problem? I couldn’t tell if the hotdog was wrapped in batter or love. Either way, I’m giving this thing a certified 8 Mile out of 10. Would I order again? Guess who’s back, back again… to the Kiwi chippie!””
“The store is tidy and well organized. The staff is very humble and cooperative. All the Indian grocery is available here at affordable prices. I often visited there.”
“Their fried chicken is way better than KFC and at a good price. The young couple owners are friendly and helpful.”
