Nice friendly customer service, ordered fish & chips and fried rice. Food was okay, the f&c needed to be drained longer. Fish was undercooked and had an old taste/smell to it. chips were average as. Fried rice needed more seasoning but cooked well nonetheless.

My local takeaway, pretty good food, has been for years but lately price increases have made it quite expensive and less desirable. I also found their meat patties in their hamburgers have halved in thickness which is a shame as it taste like your eating a bread bun with lettuce tomatoes onions sauce and nothing else....where's the meat gone? I definitely do not recommend their hamburgers. Still love their Chinese food on offer.

很难吃! Fish and chips were below average, fish tasted old and batter was soft, chips were edible but nothing more. But if the fish and chips were a 2/5, the Chinese food was a 0/5. The sweet and sour pork tasted of over used oil and old pork. The Kim wa special was special in how bland it was. The owners were friendly but that didn’t help the taste of the food. Would recommend highbury fisheries for better fish and chips and literally any of the hundreds of Chinese restaurants nearby for better Chinese food

Jan 9th 2023 Purchased chop suey and combination fried rice. Fried rice was pretty good, though nothing to write home about. Chop suey was tasty, sauce was thickened nicely without being gluggy, good if you like a lot of cauliflower, but wasn't much meat, proportionately. My biggest beef with this place, was the serving sizes (see pics) - the price is competitive, but definitely not enough food for what you're paying. Chop suey didn't really fill above the bottom half of container at all and fried rice barely touched the top lid at all, which I found unusual for *most* Chinese takeaways. Too bad if you're trying to feed a family of 4-5. I'd rather pay $3 more per item at Glenfield Fast Food for higher quality product, where the chop suey given is as much as 50% extra and the fried rice is so full, the top lid presses its pattern into the rice and its hard to dish out without spilling a little. Service was standard, functional (I don't need or expect much from take away joints). Atmosphere was acceptable for places like this - nice and clean and that's what matters here. Won't come back for this food at these portion sizes at these prices.

Jan 2023 Have been here many times in recent years. The shop is always clean and the staff are pleasant and friendly. The menu is displayed where everyone can read it. Size of the lettering means you can make your selection with ease. This food shop has always held an "A" food rating.

A cold late night and household is hungry. 10 min waiting to cook and take away. Very clean and hospitality service is excellent. Recommend to everyone as meal is non greasy. Certainly worth your money to spend for a large quantity on my plate for 2 adults. I really enjoyed their food.
