   Great fish, good chips, a bit pricier than my local but reasonable. Fish was a good size and tasty, chips were solid and just what you hope for, although chip portion was on the small side.

   Very disappointing indeed! We bought chicken satay and beef and black bean - absolutely tasteless! Can't fault them for the veggies which were plentiful however both sauces lacked any taste whatsoever...we will not be going back!

   ordered an american hot dog and chips. didn’t give the chips and the hot dog tasted old. when i called them they argued saying i didn’t order chips and that it was my fault i took long to come get the food. when i literally ordered 5mins before i came to collect.

   I gave 5 stars because their food and service is good and what you’d expect from a business that they advertise themselves to be. I’ll treat myself here maybe ounce every couple of weeks or month over 4ish years. Iv been dying to say though; they could do so much better with free available advertising, just a home printed, up to date menu to magnet to my fridge + there is no website which is free and easy. People want quick easy choices! Think like a customer - Things like free chicken salt eg easy, more pack deals, check out census stats which a new one is out soon so you can make almost exact packages for family / home units / need & wants in our area. Little up sells on the counter, “need some hotdog T sauce?”, “we’ve g a 7 pack of onion rings for $5 today only if you like?” We love a bargain. Also I would totally pay $3 more for each burger if the bun was toasted on the grill w cheese, cheese is a must and hawian should always have a quick grilled piece of pineapple and ham, add a few pickles and white onion. There’s a reason mc d’s does so well, maybe something easy like that might be the reason kids might influence their family’s, “pleeeease can we get some burgers fm mr 1?” Also possible because we don’t have large takeaway chains within 5ks or more. Also when I asked for well done chips tonight they were bloody perfect. Hope you don’t mind my 2c. Know your audience, stay cheap as possible and get free advertising, do a little extra that won’t cost too much more or time and get people more excited for your food. :) Ang

   Second time I’ve ordered from here and this time they have done a better job. First time I ordered a year ago and I said I would never go back but today we felt like takeaways but all our vehicles were not home so I thought to give it a go again since it’s our local and walking distance. Noodles I think were over priced but food was good this time. $10 chips was way more then the last $10 chips I ordered. We were happy and full. Also they allowed me to pay internet banking while I was at home and my son just walked over and picked up. Great stuff love seeing improvements and will definitely be going back. See photos…. Ordered $10 hot chips 2x Cheeseburgers at $6 each Chicken Fried soft noodle $17 Fish and Egg burger $8

   So overpriced! Ordered chicken chowmein, fried rice, chips, toast sandwich and xtra sml pot of sauce total $63!! Food so terrible salty, chowmein is like a stew. Absolute ripped off and will never buy here again.

   My favorite Torbay takeaway for great fish and chips, combination fried rice and banana fritters. Lots of choices, occasionally ordered sweet and sour pork, but I always go for their crispy chips. Another thing I like about them is I can pick up my orders within 15 minutes of phoning in.
