“We love this place! Indoor pools and outdoor splash pad, spa and sauna - very convenient for every age group. Oh, you can book a birthday party there too and you'll get the entire training pool just for your group.”

Beyond its impressive range of food items like snacks, sauces, and fresh ingredients, the store also offers an amazing selection of stationery, food ware, kitchen ware, and cosmetics. The variety is remarkable—you’ll find everything from beautifully designed notebooks and pens to high-quality cookware and unique beauty products. It’s a one-stop shop for both practical and specialty items, perfect for anyone wanting to explore Japanese lifestyle essentials. The store is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate, making shopping a breeze. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always happy to help, which adds to the overall experience. “The nicest coffee! The food is delicious and the decor is lovely. Staff are very welcoming and attentive. Great outdoor space and big playground for the kids too. They allow dogs inside and out.”
“Ordered a Baked Strawberry Cheesecake recently for a birthday party from Kneads and it was amazing! Communication with the ordering was quick and efficient, the cake was beautifully done as requested and everyone loved it. The fresh strawberries on top were definitely a bonus. They had a list of different options for cakes that can be made according to preference. Would definitely be ordering my Christmas cakes and birthday cakes from them again. Thanks! ☺️”
“Great service and well priced spirits here. Was impressed with my recent purchase of NZ whiskey 'Me Max'. A very good price and taste was better than I was expecting for an economical blended whiskey. Definitely worth it. Taste was something a bit different- sweeter than most blended whiskies I have tried- but in a good way.”
“The U K Shop. U K items available. A Taste From Home The management has changed and the staff is very much polite, courteous and helpful. Very nice environment. They have N Z post and Lotto too. Many services and items at one place. I would suggest to visit those who visit Orewa, NZ”
“I have been here a couple of times now. And every time, these guys impress me with the quality of food they serve and their service. I was here with a couple of workmates a few weeks ago for lunch, to enjoy a meal from Western India. Their food is absolutely authentic and delicious. The staff was very friendly too. Their Parathas, Dhoklas and sweets are a must try especially Jalebis! The portions are great too and so is their take away packaging! I would highly recommend them! :) Cheers”
“We hired out Wynyard Pavilion for a corporate end of year event and everything was amazing. The food, service and atmosphere were all great. A massive thanks to Oceane for her wonderful organisation and communication skills. She made all of the planning easy and painless which caused the event to be a huge success.”
“Fresh fruit & Veg, quick customer service from friendly staff. Reasonably priced”
“A very neat and clean New World supermarket around Victoria park. Has all the daily groceries you need. Totally loved shopping experience.”
“Best airport meal I've ever had - by far!!! The avocado smash prepared by chef Gemma was so delicious. Her poached eggs rival any I've had at top rated restaurants all over the world. So well done I had to compliment her when I finished. And the service from Kara and Deepika was first-class as well. Great atmosphere on a Sunday morning before my flight. I had enough time to order an entire 2nd avocado smash and Americano. If you like to eat healthy, fresh, awesomely-prepared food at an affordable price with fantastic service, choose Aroha Cafe!”
“Service was good and the garden was beautiful and clean. Great place to go in summer for a nice and relaxing morning”
“Reservation made for a birthday lunch on a Saturday around 30 people. Staff very helpful especially Jordan who could not do enough for us, nothing was too much trouble. Used their screen for photos (which my family had organised with the staff behind my back).Food excellent, everyone enjoyed the day. Would recommend the Village Bar and Grill for a birthday or family gathering”
“Excellent! This shop is impressed with attentive service, nice atmosphere, and delicious food. The appetizer and main course were standouts. Overall, it is recommended.”
“AMAZING FOOD. Such a beautiful place! Gorgeous lighting, big brick walls, so gorgeous. Smiling service. Definitely want to go back again! Great menu too, so hard to decide as it all sounds soo good! I had the holoumi salad with smoked salmon it was delicious!!”
“Great variety of fresh clean produce that's well laid out. Value for money is great. The shop is amongst other food shops with plenty of parking.”
“My Grandaughter Hayley from MELBOURNE was due for her 30th birthday, what’s a fantastic family plan she thought? Here’s the action! I will go to NZ and take granddad, aunty and her granddaughters to a fabulous attraction BUTTERFLY CREEK near Auckland airport! WOW! an absolutely amazing choice, friendly staff, well maintained, safety precautions adhered to by all! We hit cafe first as you do! The coffee was first class as was the food displayed or made. Train ride got you oriented to the park surroundings. That is wonderful! We had paid extra for a Meerkat encounter, stars where Kia and Otse friendly and playful no hesitation to climb on you for the mealy worms you fed them! Our animal keepers Madie and Woo who where in enclosure with us where knowledgeable informative and very nice people. The butterfly, kiwi, aquarium, baby animals dinosaurs are absolutely amazing! They have birthday party rooms as well! My advice for a fabulous educational and happy outing for discerning families is to take a trip and visit BUTTERFLY CREEK in Auckland NZ Arthur C Charlton west Auckland NZ.”
“Ordered a chai latte and chocolate cake and was very impressed! Chocolate cake was a generous serving, moist, and came with a dollop of sprinkle-topped cream :) And the chai was the best I've had at a cafe within memory - not too sweet, and strong flavour. Cafe was quiet but had nice seating area - Highly recommend”
“Yum! Just stumbled upon this little shop. Gorgeous range of macarons.”
“I love The Patriot, it’s easily my second-favourite spot to enjoy a cold, refreshing beverage on a sunny afternoon. (First place goes to my lounge when the All Blacks are on.) I’m a proud regular, usually popping in once or twice a week to take advantage of a good 2 for 1 deal and some great food. But for the love of all things holy, please don’t change the rib sauce. I’m not sure if it was just tonight and my taste buds were having an identity crisis, but something tasted different. Those ribs are usually perfection and I frequently advertise them as the best ribs on the shore, so if there’s been a tweak to that glorious sauce, I’m begging you, bring it back!”
“We went there for breakfast as it was the only one opened at the time. The menu offers a lot of dishes cooked French style, which is quite different compared to the ordinary cafes. There are also jams, croissant and other baked goods for sale, both fresh and frozen. Very nice seating as well.”
“Big variety of fresh produce and fruits. Always very competitive with the prices. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Strategically situated and very easy shopping. Keep on going back for the good deals and fresh produce on sale. See you again soon...”
“Pak’nSave Sylvia Park is one of the better options if you’re after cheap groceries but still want a cleaner, more modern shopping experience. Being located right next to the Sylvia Park shopping centre gives it a bit of an edge — it feels a little more polished than some of the older Pak’nSaves around Auckland, and the vibe is a bit less hectic, at least during off-peak hours. The store itself is fairly new, well-lit, and spacious. Aisles are wide enough to get through without having to constantly dodge other trolleys, and the layout makes sense. It’s still got that classic Pak’nSave look — plain, functional, no fancy extras — but it’s more pleasant to walk around than somewhere like Papakura or Royal Oak. Prices are solid. You’ll find all the usual weekly deals and budget-friendly bulk items. If you’re planning a big shop or trying to save a bit each week, this place delivers. The produce section is usually well-stocked and fresher than average. Same goes for the meat department — good variety, and the quality seems to be a bit more consistent here compared to other branches. The bakery has your standard breads and rolls, nothing gourmet, but decent for everyday needs. Staff are generally helpful. They’re not going to chase you down to offer assistance, but if you ask someone, they’ll usually point you in the right direction or find what you need. Checkout times can vary — self-service is available and useful for smaller shops, while the manned checkouts are hit-or-miss depending on the time of day. Parking is actually pretty good since it shares space with Sylvia Park Mall. There’s heaps of it, and it’s not as chaotic as some other Pak’nSave carparks. That said, it can get busy during peak shopping hours or weekends, especially when the mall is packed, but it’s manageable and definitely better than the tight squeeze at places like Royal Oak. One minor issue is that, like with other Pak’nSaves, not everything listed online matches what’s available in-store. So if you’re going in for something specific you saw on the website, be prepared for it to be out of stock or just not stocked at this location. All up, Pak’nSave Sylvia Park strikes a pretty good balance — you get the low prices and variety that Pak’nSave is known for, but with a cleaner, more organised store layout and a bit less stress. It’s a solid option if you’re in the area and don’t mind skipping the frills to get the savings.”
“Got what I needed at reasonable prices. Staff are always helpful and did help me yo make some good decisions. Parking is right outside.”
“I just came in an got a bacon and egg quiche that was the best thing I have eaten to this day. 10 out of 10 highly recommend”
“Amazing service and even better food! Got the croissants and the blue smoothies and it was all superb! Maybe the best breakfast in New Zealand! Love all the staff and their infectious positivity! Thank you for the amazing expirience :)”
“Discovered this gem while in AKL on business, staying at the Heartland Airport Hotel. 5 min walk (free off street parking available side of cafe) extensive menu, clean & tidy. Everything made in-house except the pies. I ordered from the cabinet “to go” a large savoury scone, raspberry lamington, low carb vege frittata with side salad & coffee. Covered lunch & dinner all for $25! Tasty food, good coffee, all staff welcoming & delightful service from Morris - will return on my next business trip.”
“Incredible food. Ever since trying their ricotta ravioli I've been thinking about it at least once a week. Their entire menu sounds amazing and their cocktails are super reasonably priced (and taste great). Fantastic service too. Can't fault a thing.”
