Was looking for a place to have lunch and decided to try Frasers. There was a moderate wait, but we managed to get a table without too much trouble. The wait was definitely worth it. The food was well-prepared, flavorful, and satisfying, making for a very enjoyable lunch experience. Portions were decent and the overall quality met my expectations. The atmosphere was pleasant and suitable for a relaxed meal despite the crowd. Overall, a good spot for lunch, and I would consider coming back again when I’m in the area.

The kids meals were not bad, they tasted nice and better than the most expensive eye fillet. Probably we were unlucky but that's our experience there. We ordered two steaks, they came the last after a long wait but the most disappointing bit was both steaks were overcooked to what we asked for medium rare. They were very chewy. I had to slice it to very thin piece in order to chew and swallow, just like roast beef or even worse than that. The smashed potato was nice.

What a cute cafe! The adorable barista Aria was so helpful and her energy was a breath of fresh air! She had above and beyond service.

I can see why Fraser’s has won awards! It’s busy during lunch but it’s clear why - this is one of Auckland’s best cafes. Bonus, it’s next to Time Out Books so you can pace off your calories while you find a unique book to take home. We were greeted very quickly and offered a table… note the tables are quite tight but comfy once you’re sitting at one. Mum had eggs bene and I had crème brûlée French toast which honestly I felt like I’d died and gone to heaven! Coffee was very smooth and balanced, and no one laughed at me when I (a fully grown adult) ordered a fluffy and asked for pink marshmallows. Their cake has earned awards although I thought it was a bit early in the day for some so I haven’t tried it yet. Bathrooms were clean and had super fancy soap. I also took home a Belgian chocolate cookie and it tasted as good as it looked, if not better! Thank you Fraser’s for a wonderful experience.

The food here was okay, the service was really good but i really enjoyed their cakes- carrot cake and banoffee. They were really good. For my dinner i got the rice noodle dish with crispy tofu- the tofu was flavoured really well.

I visited this place today after lunch with my family. The three of us were shown to a table with four seats and ordered three cups of coffee and cake. After about 10 minutes of being seated at the table, the young staff asked us to clear the table after about 20 minutes because it was a reserved seat. We had only drunk half of the coffee we ordered. We cleared the table after about 15 minutes or so as we didn't want to embarrass the young staff. When we sat down, we were guided by another staff and were not told that our seats were reserved. We didn't plan to sit there for long, but this was the worst experience of my life. When we vacated the seat, the table next to it that could seat 4 people was also empty. I'm really curious about the manager's intentions here. I know this is a famous cafe. However, I wonder if other guests have this kind of request. This was something I had never experienced before. It may be a cafe that can be a beautiful memory for someone else, but it was the worst experience for my family. I would not recommend this cafe to anyone.

This is not the Fraser of old since the new owner's taken over. The food was not good at all. We had the Prawn Linguine which was tasteless with 4 small prawns. Also had the Fried chicken Burger is like those you make at home - Chopped lettuce, sliced supermarket cheese and bun and a plain fried chicken. Unimpressed for the price ($27 burger!).
