The organizational needed to talk to his tradespeople before booking them into time slots with constantly we were told one time that they would be there. Eg told 8am but didn't arrive till 4pm. “Our Samsung fridge /freezer was giving us dramas so we enlisted the help of Nathan from Smyths. An Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy, he quickly diagnosed the problem and even gave us helpful tips for our other appliances. Once the freezer had frosted enough for a repair, Ollie came to our house to carry it out. He did so very efficiently. The cost for the two visits was very reasonable and the freezer has been running great since. I can’t recommend these guys enough!”

“Phoned when a burst pipe threatened to ruin my weekend, and the inside of a wall of my house. Managed to get a plumber to call that afternoon. George found the fault and fixed it, including having to cut through a wall, and also go under the house - not pleasant when the water had been pooling by the entry door in the foundation - he also cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy. Very impressed with the service - happy to recommend.”
