“Highly recommend this company, I had a charging issue with my truck, Paul (manager) had one of his workers diagnosis the issue straight away, he spent approximately half an hour checking and identifying the issue, there was no charge for the diagnosis, (rarely seen these days), HDL were able to sorce replacement parts instantly and had my truck booked into the workshop the next day, I also had HDL look at another electrical problem, and this was also corrected and truck is running better than ever, Jacob who worked on my truck both times really did a thorough job and his work is impeccable, definitely an asset to HDL auto's , thanks team much appreciated...John”

An Extremely helpful and knowledgeable guy, he quickly diagnosed the problem and even gave us helpful tips for our other appliances. Once the freezer had frosted enough for a repair, Ollie came to our house to carry it out. He did so very efficiently. The organizational needed to talk to his tradespeople before booking them into time slots with constantly we were told one time that they would be there. Eg told 8am but didn't arrive till 4pm. Apart from that one issue we are really happy with the new bathroom. Once the final 2 tasks paint touchup and shower dome installation. Payment will be once work is completed.”

“Phoned when a burst pipe threatened to ruin my weekend, and the inside of a wall of my house. Managed to get a plumber to call that afternoon. George found the fault and fixed it, including having to cut through a wall, and also go under the house - not pleasant when the water had been pooling by the entry door in the foundation - he also cleaned up afterwards and left everything tidy. Very impressed with the service - happy to recommend.”
