   Absolutely redicilous. These chaps quoted me 4500 NZD to replace a bathroom extractor fan. The excuse was that they could not see the current fan, and needed to send out the entire military, a dog that can climb a ladder and a clown that can juggle to make an assessment by climbing onto my roof. In the end the job was completed for 650 NZD by another electrictrition. If you're a normal working class bloke, don't call these guys. They will waste your time, and quote you redicilous prices Update: Ofcourse I was not saying that the safety of your staff is not important, it is important! I was saying, you did not need to quote me for multiple people accessing the fan from my roof! You could have just sent out one (1) person, and they could have fixed the issue from INSIDE THE HOUSE for ~600 NZD versus your quote of 4500NZD!!! OMG! How out of touch are you???

   There was a little bit of confusion with the booking process but once it was sorted things went well. Not all plumbers can deal with older homes and their plumbing issues so I'm very glad we got Matt. He did a 1st rate job and knew how to work around the problems. Would definitely use again if needed.

   I found Clyne and Bennie easy to contact, excellent in explaining the way to proceed and courteous with every contact made. The tradesmen allocated to us were prompt and professional AND they knew what they were doing. Being a retired tradesman myself I could see that they were extremely efficient in their organizational abilities. The men completed their tasks in the shortest possible time. We are definitely very happy with the outcome on our job.

   Had an issue with toilet not flushing on a Saturday, late afternnon. (and I had visitors staying). Contacted Clyne & Bennie and a very helpful plumber (Christopher) kept in touch with me to advise he would be able to help. Toilet was repaired and useable again within a couple of hours of ringing. Thank you. Christopher was very professional and helpful. Definitely Clyne and Bennie will be my go to plumber. Excellent service.

   Clyne and Bennie responded same day and attended to what had become a major leak very quickly. The tradesman who effected the repair was very professional and pleasant to do business with. The hot water cylinder needed draining to effect the repair and this was carried out without any mess whatsoever. Given the nature of the job it was carried out quickly and without any fuss or mess left over. We would thoroughly recommend Clyne and Bennie to carry out plumbing work in a very professional manner.    Hot water cylinder decided to leak during level 4 lockdown so this was an emergency. We where very pleased with the quick response of the service man (Kelvin). He quickly assess the problem and set about fixing our cylinder. He had all the parts he needed in his truck. It took about 1.5 hrs from start to finish. He tidied up & removed all the old parts when he was finished. Overall excellent service.
