Chris from Crytsal Clear Pools was very helpful with demoing the Dolphin Pool Robot and was very knowledgeable in discussing which brand/model would provide the best bang for buck for my situation. Kept the sales pitch low key and let the product sell itself. Similarly with the Pool Heat Pump, easily answering my more technical questions. I enjoyed the interaction, uncommon in my experience, and will happily use again.
I've been using Crystal Clear Pool, Spa and Electrical for the past five years. Chris and the team at Crystal Clear do an amazing job, I can't recommend them highly enough. They always leave the pool immaculate and notify me of any issues that may affect water quality, or the pool's operation in general. I was very pleased with the service from Crystal Clear Pool, Spa and Electrical. I had new pool lights installed and they are fantastic. The service was fast and efficient. Chris kept me updated throughout the process and everything ran smoothly.
Chris, is extremally helpful and knowledgeable, He could have sold me a pump, in he fact did, on the advice of my spa companies after sales service. But on further investigation once my pump was removed it could be repaired, Chris took the new pump back credited and just charged me for what was a very affordable repair. Will be our go to person from now on
